I ordered with an upgrade and only caught a typo in my message after order confirmation was sent via email. I called left a message and received a call back and my mistake was corrected. The basket was beautifully done. But, ends up my brother (a patient in the hospital) was allergic to the plant with blooms. The arrangement was removed from his hospital room. Please keep that in mind for any further orders.
