Incredible flowers and customer service! Flowers Pronto went above and beyond to ensure the a great bouquet was delivered! They were prompt with responding and vigilant! I absolutely recommend this company and will be ordering again soon! You all were amazing to work with, very responsive, and the confirmation text was helpful! The flowers were beautiful for the first day! By the end of the second day the hydrangeas and roses had died and the whole bouquet looked very sad. By the fourth day everything had died and it needed to be tossed. I was disappointed to spend a pretty penny just to enjoy flowers for one day. ---- Florist Response: HELLO THERE, MICHELE SO SORRY THE FLOWERS DID NOT LAST.
